It’s no secret, I love to grill during the summer. I am pretty sure we grilled every night as a kid during summer and the habit just stuck with me! I love the smell of the grill – I can sometimes not even be hungry but then I smell the grill fire up and I am immediately craving food (please tell me I am not the only one!)

These grilled vegetable kabobs are all great plant based dinner options. From marinated vegetable skewers to ‘meatier’ kabobs with seitan, tofu or tempeh, there is something here for everyone!
