It’s no secret, I love to grill during the summer. I am pretty sure we grilled every night as a kid during summer and the habit just stuck with me! I love the smell of the grill – I can sometimes not even be hungry but then I smell the grilled fire up and I am immediately craving food (please tell me I am not the only one!)

These vegan kabobs are all great plant based dinner options. From marinated vegetable skewers to ‘meatier’ kabobs with seitan, tofu or tempeh, there is something here for everyone! There are even a few recipes where there is no grill required and you can use your oven, stovetop grill pan or even air fryer!

They are perfect to pair with a potato salad or your favorite side at your next picnic! Fire up that grill, because these meat-free and dairy-free vegan kebabs are 100% delicious.
