While in that movie they were most definitely not talking about eating farm fresh apples (insert chuckle), we are today talking about just that – the literal apple and we have 21 Healthy Vegan Apple Recipes to share with you! In Michigan, where I live, we produce approximately 900 million pounds of apples a year! That is a lot of apple love. From small farms to commercial produced varieties, in the fall we take our apple eating seriously.
