3, 5 Ingredient Smoothie Bowls

Smoothie bowls are always a smart choice, especially if you are on the go. Just throw these ingredients into a blender and watch the magic happen! Top these smoothies with toppings of choice (nuts, fruit, granola, chocolate, dates, shredded coconut, etc) to make a delicious (and food picture worthy) meal!
Strawberry Oatmeal:
2 frozen bananas
½-1 cup strawberries
A handful of dates (around 5)
½ cup oats
½ cup almond milk
1 cup spinach
2 handfuls of frozen pineapple
2 tbsp coconut sugar
½ cup coconut water
Banana Blast:
4 frozen bananas
1 ½ tbsp of peanut butter
½ tbsp cocoa powder
3 large dates
½ cup almond milk
