I think all the lingering summer temps have finally departed our area of West Michigan and while that makes me sad, I am excited to indulge in many soup recipes! With this robust list of 30 vegan soup recipes ready in 30 minutes or less, I am going to have soups all season long!

There are so many ways to make soup and I love slow cooker soup, but sometimes, I forget to prep the crockpot the night before so making the soup in the crockpot just isn’t going to happen. Soup that simmers on the stove for hours, while nice, isn’t always realistic for my family in this time of life while we homeschool downstairs and work from home offices, also located downstairs. That is why I love these easy soup recipes that are plant based and ready in 30 minutes are less!
