This was my first attempt at Chia Seed Pudding Bowl! It seems to be taking awhile to get to pudding consistency…more than 24 hours. So I may need to tweak the ratio. Although, to be honest, I am becoming more and more one of those cooks that just eyeballs measurements! Perhaps that was mistake here…
So I will try again. Because I fell in love with Chia Seed Pudding during breakfast at First Watch Restaurant in Arizona!

. I used chocolate coconut milk as the base….happened to have it hanging around as I had bought the wrong non-dairy milk for my daughter at the store awhile ago. I used maple syrup to sweeten it.
