Bourbon maple glazed green beans, a fancy name for a simple holiday side dish! Actually the length of the name almost matches the list of ingredients.
Your holiday dinner guests are going to love this simple dish.

Why Bourbon Maple Glazed Green Beans are Perfect for the Holidays

We served this at Thanksgiving and it had some rave reviews from dinner guests. We even topped it with Minimalist Baker Coconut Bacon but you don’t have to do that! These Veggie Bacon Bits would also be a great topping!

So do whatever is your jam. Or bean. Green bean. Sliced almonds would also make a nice addition. Sounds like I need to get back to the kitchen to make this again! I am making myself hungry even as I type this.

Why Maple and Bourbon Compliment Green Beans to Perfection

Maple and bourbon combine for an amazing sweet glaze. Cranberries add a nice color and sweet onion adds a richness.

And guess what? NO OIL. That’s right these green beans are oil free!

So go ahead and dress to impress your table with this side dish this holiday season!

This dish would go great with our Vegan lemon butter whole roasted cauliflower!
