Overnight Oats Love
Do You Eat Overnight Oats Cold?
- Coconut Chips.
- Vegan Chocolate Chips.
- Rice Puffs.
- More Granola (seriously, those oats need crunch!)
- Sliced Almonds.
Pumpkin + PB Overnight OatsCourse: Breakfast
1 3/4 cup vanilla or unsweetened dairy free milk
1 1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened dairy free yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 Tblsp Peanut Butter Powder
2 Tblsp Chia Seeds
1 Tblsp Maca Powder (optional)
2 Tbsp Natural Sweetener (I used 1 Tblsp Agave Nectar and 1 Tblsp Molasses)
2 tsp vanilla extract*
1/4 tsp salt
You will need a large storage container. I used a quart size mason jar. Add all ingredients to jar except dairy free milk. After all ingredients are added, pour milk over. If you are using a storage container, stir! If you are using a mason jar, lid the jar and shake, shake, shake until all ingredients are combined. If they are not combined you may need to take lid off and stir and then shake it all up again.
- Store in fridge overnight.
- Eat cold or warm up for 30 sec to 1 minute.
- Top with favorite toppings.
- I have used almond extract and that works great as well!
