Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup dairy free vanilla yogurt
- *3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tblsp peanut butter powder
- 1 Tblsp chia seeds
- 1/2 Tblsp pure maple syrup
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of ginger
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
- Top with gluten free granola, coconut chips, goji berries, pecans, rice puffs.
