Because that is what really matters, no?
So this recipe was born out of a hiking trip. Let me start from the beginning.

Easy lunch or dinner recipe is protein packed and full of flavor!
1/4 cup of black beans
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning*
1 large sweet potato, baked
1/4 of avocado, sliced or chopped
- Rinse clean your sweet potato, wrap in foil, bake at 400 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes.
While sweet potato bakes, toss beans with seasoning blend and slightly warm up via stove or microwave.
- After sweet potato is done, slit in half, fill the ‘inside’ with bean mixture and avocado!
