Vegan Crockpot Recipes

Who else loves their crockpot? Just prep, set and go! I love using the slow cooker for soups and stews, but wanted to branch out to try some other vegan crockpot recipes because as much as I love a good soup during colder temps, I don’t want to eat soup every night, or every week even.

With kids activities almost every night now, I wanted to not have to worry about dinner being prepped and ready for us as we move from one activity to the next! I reached out to vegan bloggers and they were more than happy to share their crockpot favs!

I hope you enjoy this list of vegan slow cooker recipes – and while we have included a few soups and stews, I love that some of the recipes are beans, curries, dals, ramen and even tofu! Some new slow cooker favs are about to become dinnertime favorites!
